Mix & Mastering

I mix and master records in my studio, which was specifically built for that. It is my perfect personal environment for detailed listening and for making decisions that will be meaningful and respectful to the music I’m given.

In my process, I mix and master simultaneously because I believe the best decisions can be made when listening to the final outcome from the start. In this way I achieve a cohesive sound that is true to the record and to its individual parts.

The sound I enjoy is silky in the midrange, tight in the bottom-end, and sweet up in the higher octaves. I love records that stand beautifully outside of the speakers while being inviting.

The Process

  1. Get in touch, and send me your music to listen to. I want to understand your vision before we begin and talk about the project.

  2. Send me the audio, and I’ll mix and master it. When done, I’ll send you the final master for your feedback and notes.

  3. To finalize your notes, you are welcome to come to a concluding session at my studio. If this is inconvenient for you, we can finish our work remotely in a round or two.

* Please note that time/pitch editing should be finalized by the producer before mixing. If you require any additional help, let me know in advance.
